Abstract
Background and purpose: Tension headache is a disabling disorder around the world that has many physical and psychological effects on patients. The aim of comparing the effectiveness of electrical stimulation of the brain with direct current (TDCS) and the therapy based therapy based on the recurrence of tension headaches in the same drug treated individuals was conducted.
Methods: The present study was experimental, with pre-test-post-test plan with the Certificate Group with the follow-up stage. The statistical population of all patients with the tension headache of Hamedan in 1401-1401. 60 people were selected by targeted sampling and were randomly placed in three groups of 20. Subjects were evaluated by tension headache. Mindfulness -based cognitive cognitive therapy testing group was intervened during 11 90 -minute intervention sessions once a week and TDCS experimental group intervened in 10 consecutive 30 -minute intervention sessions. The control group also did not receive any intervention. 3 months after the intervention was completed. Multi-variable covariance analysis and Sidak testing were used by SPSS-26 statistical software.
Results: The findings of this study showed that both TDCS intervention and mind -based cognition -based therapy reduced stress headache recurrence (P≤0.05). TDCS also had a greater effectiveness in reducing recurrence of tension headache than mentally -based cognitive therapy (P≤0.05), but in the pursuit phase of the persistence of cognitive therapy therapy was more than TDCS.
Conclusion: According to the results, it is recommended that TDCS and mind -based cognitive therapy be used to treat patients with stress pain.
