Regenerative treatments have emerged as promising minimally invasive options for managing radicular and axial low back pain. These include platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections and stem cell therapies to reduce inflammation, promote tissue repair, and alleviate pain. This manuscript briefly reviews the techniques, scientific evidence, and advantages and limitations of these approaches.
