fa مقایسه افزودن فنتانیل و سوفنتانیل به داروی بی حسی کننده و اثرات آن بر احتباس ادراری پس از بی حسی نخاعی: یک مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز Comparison of the addition of fentanyl and sufentanil to anesthesia and its effects on urinary retention after spinal anesthesia: a systematic review and meta-analysis بیهوشی زنان Gynecologic anesthesia مروری Review مقدمه: دو داروی فنتانیل و سوفنتانیل از داروها افزوده شده به داوری بیحس کننده هستند که نسبت به سایر داروها، بیشتر مورد استفاده قرار گرفته اند، با این حال هنوز اطلاعات دقیقی نسبت به ایمنی افزودن این دو دارو به داروی بیحسی در بروز احتباس ادراری در دست نیست، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه افزودن فنتانیل و سوفنتانیل به داروی بی حسی کننده و اثرات آن بر احتباس ادراری پس از بی حسی نخاعی انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه به صورت مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز و بر اساس بیانیه PRISMA انجام شد. جستجو در پایگاه‌های داده MEDLINE، CENTRAL و EMBASE ، وب آو ساینز ، اسکوپوس ، مگ ایران و SID با استفاده از کلیدواژه های بی حسی، بیحسی نخاعی، فناتیل، سوفنتانیل، بوپیواکائین، روپیکائین، لووبوپیوا، بیحسی منظقه ای، احتباس ادراری و پس از بیهوشی به کمک عملگراهای بولین انجام شد. نتایج: تفاوت معنی داری در احتباس ادرار([49/1-70/0]02/1=RR؛ 95%CI) بین گروه مداخله و کنترل وجود نداشت؛ همچنین تفاوت معنی‌داری بین فنتانیل یا سوفنتانیل وجود نداشت (13/0=Chi/ 0%=I2). نتیجه گیری: افزودن فنتانیل یا سوفنتانیل به داروی بیحس کننده در طی بیحسی نخاعی اثری بر احتباس ادراری پس از جراحی ندارند.   Introduction: two drugs, fentanyl and sufentanil, are drugs added to the anesthetic trial, which have been used more than other drugs, however, there is still no detailed information about the safety of adding these two drugs to the anesthetic drug in the event of urinary retention in Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of comparing the addition of fentanyl and sufentanil to the anesthetic drug and its effects on urinary retention after spinal anesthesia. Methods: This study was conducted as a systematic review and meta-analysis based on the PRISMA statement. Searching MEDLINE, CENTRAL and EMBASE, Web of Science, Scopus, Mag Iran and SID databases using the keywords anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, phenethyl, sufentanil, bupivacaine, ropicaine, levobopiva, regional anesthesia, urinary retention and after Anesthesia was performed with the help of Boleyn operatives. Results: There was no significant difference in urinary retention (RR=1.02 [0.70-1.49]; 95% CI) between the intervention and control groups; Also, there was no significant difference between fentanyl or sufentanil (Chi=0.13/I=0%).
