fa تاثیر دوز ایزوفلوران بر استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی بعد از عمل جراحی سزارین در بیماران تحت بیهوشی عمومی بیهوشی زنان Gynecologic anesthesia پژوهشي Original <strong>چکیده</strong><br> <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> در سال‌های اخیر بررسی بیداری و ریکال در بیهوشی و عوارض آن بر بیماران مبتلا، برای محققان دارای اهمیت ویژه‌ای بوده است. هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی رابطه مک‌های مختلف ایزوفلوران (از <span dir="LTR">MAC</span> = 2/1 تا <span dir="LTR">MAC</span>=&nbsp; 3/. ) با بیداری و افزایش استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی بعد از عمل می‌باشد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> در این مطالعه 70 مادر دارای کلاس یک یا دو <span dir="LTR">ASA</span>، به صورت تصادفی طی دو ماه انتخاب شده و پس از اخذ رضایت، و اینداکشن بیهوشی، میزان مک ایزوفلوران و معیارهای بیداری حین عمل ثبت شدند. یک ماه بعد از جراحی به صورت شفاهی، آزمون <span dir="LTR">DASS</span> جهت سنجش استرس و اضطراب و افسردگی و آزمون ریکال جهت سنجش بیداری پرسیده شد و سپس داده‌ها مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> چهار نفر از بیماران دچار بیداری شدند. 17 % افسردگی، 27 % اضطراب و 16 % استرس بعد از عمل را نشان دادند که ارتباط معنی داری بین دوز هوشبر و مشکلات روانی بعد از عمل وجود داشت، به طوری که با کاهش دوز ایزوفلوران از مک 7/. احتمال بروز افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس بعد از عمل افزایش می یابد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> تجویز ایزوفلوران با مک کمتر از 7/. می‌تواند منجر به افزایش بروز بیداری و افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس بعد از عمل جراحی سزارین گردد. لذا توصیه می‌شود در زمان‌هایی که ضرورت برای کاهش دوز هوشبرهای استنشاقی هست از هوشبر‌های وریدی جهت حفظ عمق بیهوشی استفاده گردد. <strong>&nbsp;</strong>Aims and background: In recent years and recent studies have observed specific viewpoint about awareness<br> and recall and complications of them e.g. postoperative psychological reactions.
