fa بررسی تأثیر آموزش اصول مدیریت درد در کودکان و نوزادان بر آگاهی پرستاران بخش اطفال و مراقبت های ویژه نوزادان مدیریت درد حاد Acute pain managment پژوهشي Original مقدمه: درد در زمره معمولی ترین علایم بالینی است که پرستاران با آن روبرو هستند، لذا&nbsp; کنترل و تکسین آن از اولویتهای پرستاری به شمار می رود و در این خصوص به آگاهی، نگرش صحیح و مهارت پرستاران نیاز می باشد. در این راستا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر آموزش اصول مدیریت درد بر آگاهی پرستاران بخش مراقبتهای ویژه نوزادان و اطفال انجام شد.<br> &nbsp;<br> روش کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی بر روی پرستاران شاغل در بخشهای مراقبت ویژه نوزادان و اطفال بیمارستان آموزشی مطهری شهر جهرم در سال 1396 انجام شد. پرستاران شاغل در این بخشها به روش سرشماری انتخاب و سپس برای کارگاه آموزشی به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. این مطالعه در دو مرحله انجام شد؛ ابتدا پژوهشگر پرسش نامه آگاهی در مدیریت درد به همه پرسنل داده شد. در مرحله دوم پرستاران به صورت تصادفی به دوگروه کنترل و مداخله تقسیم شدند؛ با استفاده از کارگاه آموزشی در خصوص روش های ارزیابی درد و کنترل درد برگزار&nbsp; شد و یک ماه بعد پرسش نامه آگاهی توسط پرسنل تکمیل شد. داده های حاصل با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">spss</span> ویرایش 21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش در مورد نمرات مربوط به آگاهی پرستاران نشان داد میانگین نمره آگاهی در گروه آزمون نسبت به گروه پیش از آزمون افزایش معنی داری داشت (001/0><span dir="LTR">P</span>). همچنین در مرحله ازمون و پس آزمون دو گروه از لحاظ میزان آگاهی تفاوت معنی داری دارند (001/0><span dir="LTR">P</span>).&nbsp;<br> نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که برگزاری کارگاه آموزش مدیریت درد بر آگاهی &nbsp;پرستاران بخش اطفال و مراقبتهای ویژه نوزادان بعد از مداخله موثر بوده است.<br> <br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; &nbsp;Aims and background: Pain is one of the most common clinical symptoms faced by nurses, so its control and taxis are considered as nursing priorities and In this regard, knowledge, nursing skills and attitude are needed. Heading to this field, this study aimed to investigate the effect of teaching the principles of pain management on knowledge of nurses in the neonatal and pediatric intensive care unit. Materials and methods: This clinical trial study was carried out on nurses working in Neonatal and pediatric intensive care units of Motahari Hospital in Jahrom within year 1396. The nurses working in these parts were selected by census method and then divided into two intervention and control groups for the workshop randomly. This study was carried out in two stages. At first, the researcher had a questionnaire about pain management knowledge for all personnel. In the second stage, nurses were randomly divided into two groups: control and intervention; participating in a workshop on pain assessment and control methods, a questionnaire was completed by the personnel one month later. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21 software. Finding: The results of the research showed that the mean score of knowledge in the test group was significantly higher than the pre-test group (P <0.001). Also, in the stage of postoperative and post-test, the two groups showed significant differences in knowledge (P <0.001).
