fa مقایسه اثرات داروی پر ه گابالین با گاباپنتین خوراکی به عنوان پیش دارو در کنترل درد بعد از اعمال جراحی لاپاراسکوپیک Comparing the analgesic effect Pregabalin and Gabapentin as premedication in laparoscopic procedures عمومى General پژوهشي Original زمینه و هدف : جراحی لاپاراسکوپیک با درد بعد از عمل جراحی همراه میباشد.درمان مناسب درد بعد از عمل با داروهایی که عوارض کم دارند جهت ریکاوری و شروع حرکت زودرس در بیمارانی که تحت عمل جراحی لاپاراسکوپیک قرار می گیرند خیلی مهم میباشد. در این مطالعه اثر بیدردی پرهگابالین با گاپنتین در مقادیر مختلف در بیمارانی که تحت این جراحی قرار گرفتند را مقایسه کردهایم . روش بررسی: با روش تصادفی دو سوکور تعداد 90 بیمار انتخاب شده و به سه گروه تقسیم شدند: گروه A پرهگابالین 300 میلیگرم ،گروه B 600 میلیگرم گاباپنتین و گروه C 900 میلیگرم گاباپنتین حدود یکساعت قبل از عمل جراحی لاپاراسکوپیک دریافت کردند.بیهوشی عمومی انجام شد. بعد از عمل شدت درد بیماران با روش مقیاس بینایی درد(VAS) درریکاوری ،شش و24 ساعت بعد اندازهگیری شد. سطح معنیدار این مطالعه 05/0 در نظرگرفته شد. یافتهها: 300 میلیگرم پرهگابالین اثر مشخصی در کاهش درد بعد از عمل در 24 ساعت بعد از عمل داشتهاست (ارزش پی کمتر از 001/0). همچنین میزان مصرف مسکن در گروهی که پرهگابالین دریافت کردهبودند کمتر بود (ارزش پی کمتر از 001/0). میزان مسکن مصرفی و VAS درگروهی که 600 میلیگرم گاباپنتین دریافت کردهبودند بیشتر از دو گروه دیگر بود. نتیجه گیری : یافتههای ما نشاندادند تک مقدار خوراکی پرهگابالین 300 میلیگرم اثر بیشتری در کاهش درد و میزان مسکن دریافتی طی 24 ساعت بعد از عمل جراحی لاپاراسکوپیک در مقایسه با دو گروه دیگر گاباپنتین داشته،در ضمن گاباپنتین 900 میلیگرم هم اثر مشخصی در کاهش درد ومسکن مصرفی دارد. Background: Laparascopic surgery is associated with post operative pain .optimal pain treatment with minimal side effects is essential for early recovery and mobility in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery .we compaired the analgesic effect Pregabalin and Gabapentin with different doses in this surgical procedurs. Methods: In a randomized , double blind , ninety patients were allocated to either Group A Pregabalin 300mg , GroupB Gabapentin 600mg and GroupC Gabapentin 900mg .these were administered 1 h before operation .General anesthesia was performed .we collected data on pain intensity through Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) in recovery , 6 , 24 h after operation. Consumption of supp Diclofenac were recorded . p<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Pregabalin 300 mg was significantly more effective in reducing post operative pain up to 24 hours following the surgery (p<0.001) . Furthermore , the amount of analgesic consumption was less in the Pregabalin group (p<0.001). consumption analgesic and VAS were more than the other groups in patient who receive Gabapentin 600 mg. Conclusions: Our finding showed that single dose of pregabalin 300mg oral is more effective than Gabapatin on the management of postoperative pain following abdominal laparoscopic surgery. And Pregabalin resulted in reduction in 24 h postoperative analgesic requirements.Gabapentin 900mg decrease VAS and consumption of analgesic significantly.
