fa تحلیل دامنه حرکتی و سرعت زاویه ای مفاصل اندام تحتانی در بیماران دارای رباط صلیبی قدامی بازسازی شده هنگام فرود از ارتفاع تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <font color="#000000">&nbsp;</font>زمینــه و هــدف: آســیب ربــاط صلیبــی قدامــی شــایعترین آســیب رباطــی انــدام تحتانــی بــوده کــه بازســازی آن بعنــوان یــک رویکــرد درمانــی مناســب توصیــه شــده اســت. حــال بــرای محققــان ایــن ســوال مطــرح اســت کــه آیــا الگوهــای کینماتیکــی تغییریافتــه در انــدام تحتانــی بعــد از جراحــی تصحیــح می شــوند یــا خیــر؟ مطالعــه حاضــر باهــدف تحلیــل دامنــه حرکتــی و ســرعت زاویــه ای مفاصــل انــدام تحتانــی افــراد دارای ربــاط صلیبــی قدامــی بازســازی شــده هنــگام فــرود از ارتفــاع انجــام شــد.&nbsp; تکلیــف فرودازجعبــه، 3 گــروه ســالم (کنتــرل) و دارای ربــاط صلیبــی قدامــی بازســازی شــده(تجربی) در2 آزمودنــی مــرد در 20 مــواد و روش هــا: بعــدی دامنــه حرکتــی وســرعت زاویــه ای مفاصــل انــدام تحتانــی بااســتفاده از 3پــرش عمودی-فــرود و پــرش ازمانع-فــرود شــرکت کردنــد. اطلاعات پــردازش گردیــد. visual3Dدوربیــن ثبــت و بوســیله نــرم افــزار&nbsp; .)p=0/00 یافته هــا: درصفحــه ســاجیتال دامنــه حرکتــی مفاصــل زانــو و ران بیمــاران کمتــر و در مفصــل مــچ بیشــتر از افــراد ســالم بــود( صفحــه ســرعت زاویــه ای مفاصــل مــچ و زانــوی 3). در هرP 0.05 صفحــه ی دیگــر، دامنــه حرکتــی زانــوی بیمــاران بیشــتر از افــراد ســالم بــود ( 2در ). متغیرهــای تحقیــق تقریبــا در تکلیــف فــرود از P 0.05بیمــاران کمتــر و درمفصــل ران درصفحــات ســاجیتال وافقــی بیشــتر از افرادســالم بــود( .)P 0.05جعبــه کمتریــن میــزان و درتکلیــف پــرش ازمانع-فــرود بیشــترین میــزان را نشــان دادنــد ( نتیجه گیــری: افــراد دارای ربــاط صلیبــی قدامــی بازســازی شــده، هنــگام اجــرای تکالیــف دشــوار هماننــد فــرود، الگوهــای کینماتیکــی ســال 2 غیرطبیعــی در مفصــل زانــو بــه نمایــش می گذارنــد کــه بــه تبــع آن، مکانیســم های جبرانــی در مفاصــل مجــاور ایجــاد شــده وحداقــل تــا بعــد از بازســازی ربــاط صلیبــی قدامــی همچنــان پابرجــا خواهنــد بــود. ایــن افــراد درصــورت عــدم مراقبــت، در معــرض آســیب مجــدد ربــاط صلیبــی قدامــی و مســتعد گســترش اوســتئوآرتریت زانــو در بلندمــدت می باشــند. <strong>&nbsp;</strong>Aims and background: Anterior cruciate ligament injury is the most common ligament injury of the lower limb that necessitates reconstruction as a proper treatment approach. It is now up to the researchers to ask, are the altered kinematic patterns in the lower limbs corrected by this reconstruction? The present study aims to analyze the range of motion and angular velocity of the lower limb joints in patients with reconstructed Anterior cruciate ligaments during landing. Materials and Methods: 20 male subjects who participated voluntarily were divided into 2 groups. One group consisted of healthy subjects (control) the other of patients with reconstructed Anterior cruciate ligament (experimental). They were evaluated in 3 assignments: landing from a box, a vertical jump-landing, and a jump from an obstacle-landing. 3-Dimensional kinematics of the range of motion and angular velocity of the lower limb joints were recorded using 4 cameras and processed by visual 3D software. Findings: In the sagittal plane, the experimental group&rsquo;s knee and hip joints range of motion was less than the control group (p=0.00) The ankle joint&nbsp; was more (p&le;0.05) than the control group. In per 3 planes, the experimental group&rsquo;s ankle and knee joints angular velocity was lower than the control group. The hip joint was higher than the control group (p&le;0.05). In most cases, both variables showed the smallest value in the landing from the box task and the highest value in the jump from obstacle-landing task (p&le;0.05). conclusion: During complex tasks such as landing, patients exhibit altered kinematic patterns that are followed by compensatory mechanisms in adjacent joints. These altered patterns will persist for at least 2 years after the Anterior cruciate ligament is reconstructed.
