fa بررسی ارتباط بین شدت و حالات درد با ناتوانی های ایجاد شده در بیماران مبتلا به کمر درد مديريت درد مزمن Chronic pain managment پژوهشي Original &nbsp;زمینــه و هــدف: کمــر درد یکــی از علــل شــایع&nbsp; ویزیــت و انجــام مراقبت هــای پزشــکی اســت. کمــردرد مزمــن تأثیــر قابــل توجهــی در وضعیــت عملکــردی و محــدود کــردن فعالیــت شــغلی دارد. در پژوهش هــای مربــوط بــه دردهــای مزمــن، ناتوانی جســمی ناشــی از کمــردرد اهمیــت ویــژه ای دارد. هــدف از پژوهــش حاضــر تعییــن ارتبــاط بیــن شــدت و حــالات درد بــا ناتوانی هــای ایجــاد شــده در افــراد مبتــا بــه کمــر درد بــود.&nbsp; بیمــار مبتــا بــه کمــر درد بــه روش نمونــه گیــری 75 مــواد&nbsp; و روش هــا: ایــن مطالعــه از نــوع همبســتگی اســت و به صــورت مقطعــی انجــام گرفــت. در دســترس وارد مطالعــه شــدند. جهــت انــدازه گیــری شــدت درد پرسشــنامه درد مــک گیــل و جهــت ارزیابــی میــزان ناتوانــی ناشــی از کمــر درد از&nbsp; انجــام گرفــت.SPSS21 اســتفاده شــد. تجزیــه و تحلیــل داده هــا بــا اســتفاده از نــرم افــزار WHODAS 2 پرسشــنامه اســتاندارد بین المللــی یافته هــا: نتایــج ایــن مطالعــه نشــان داد کــه اکثــر حالت هــای درد مــورد بررســی بــا زیرمقیــاس معاشــرت بــا مــردم ارتبــاط مثبــت معنــی دار دارنــد&nbsp; ) . همچنیــن ارتبــاط مثبــت و معنــی داری بیــن شــدت درد و ارتبــاط اجتماعــی، فعالیــت زندگــی، حضــور در جامعــه و ناتوانــی p >0/05) و (p >0/01( . )p >0/05)&nbsp; و (p >0/01کلــی یافــت شــد ( نتیجه گیــری: براســاس نتایــج ناتوانی هــای ایجــاد شــده تنهــا فیزیکــی نیســتند و کمــر دارد در انــواع و شــدت های مختلــف جنبه هــای مهــم زندگــی روانــی و اجتماعــی افــراد را تحــت تأثیــر قــرار می دهــد لــذا توجــه بــه جنبه هــای ذکــر شــده و اســتفاده از مداخــات روانشناســی در کاهــش ناتوانی هــای ایجــاد شــده ناشــی از کمــر درد می توانــد مؤثــر باشــد. &nbsp;Aims and Background:&nbsp; Back pain is one of the common causes of visit and medical care. Chronic low back pain has&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;a&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;significant&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;effect&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;on&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;functional&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;status&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;and&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;limiting&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;occupational&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;activity.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;In&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;research&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;on&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;chronic&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;pain,&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;physical&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;disability due to back pain is of particular importance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between severity and pain states with disability in patients with back pain. Materials and Methods: This study was correlational and performed in a cross-sectional manner. 75 patients with low back pain were included in the study by available sampling method. To measure the pain intensity the McGill Pain Questionnaire and to assess the disability, the WHODAS 2 standard questionnaire were used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS21 software. Findings: The results of this study showed that most of the studied pain states were positively associated with the subscale&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;of&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;socializing&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;with&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;people&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;(P<0.01)&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;and&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;(P<0.05).&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;There&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;was&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;also&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;a&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;positive&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;and&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;significant&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;relationship&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;between pain severity and social relation, life activity, presence in society and general disability with (P>0.01) and (P>0.05), respectively. conclusion: Based on the results the created disabilities are not just physical, and back pain in various types and severity affects the important aspects of people&rsquo;s mental and social life.
