fa اثر تجویز توامان عصاره ی آویشن باغی(Thymus vulgaris) و بابونه آلمانی (Matricaria chamomilla) بر درد احشایی در موش: مطالعه ی تجربی مديريت درد مزمن Chronic pain managment پژوهشي Original &nbsp;زمینــه و هــدف: گیــاه آویشــن باغــی و بابونــه آلمانــی مــن جملــه گیاهــان دارویــی&nbsp; بــوده کــه بنابــر اطلاعــات علمــی موجــود دارای اثــرات ضدالتهابی می باشــند. درد احشــایی یــک احســاس ناخوشــایند اســت کــه درمــان آن بــا داروهــای ســنتتیک دارای عوارضی همچــون وابســتگی روانی، دیســکرازی&nbsp; خونــی و مضــرات دیگــر بــوده و تجویــز داروهــای گیاهــی رهیافــت مناســبی بــرای کاهــش ایــن عــوارض می باشــد. ایــن پژوهــش جهــت بررســی اثــر تســکینی عصاره هــای هیدروالکلــی آویشــن باغــی و بابونــه آلمانــی و نیــز اثــر تجویــز توامــان آنــان بــر درد احشــایی انجــام شــد. ). موش ها به صورت تصادفی به پنج شـامل 36&plusmn; g4 انجـام گرفـت ( N-MRI موش سـوری نر نـژاد 40 مـواد و روش هـا: ایـن مطالعـه تجربی بر روی ) و گروه هـای درمانی 2 mg/kg گـروه&nbsp; کنتـرل منفـی دریافـت کننده ی سـرم فیزیولـوژی، گروه کنترل مثبـت دریافت کننده ی فلونیکسـین مگلومیـن ( ) تقسـیم بنـدی شـده و داروهـا و عصاره هـای هیدروالکلی 300 mg/kg) و آویشـن-بابونه(300 mg/kg)، بابونـه آلمانـی(300 mg/kgآویشـن باغـی( %0/6 دقیقـه پـس از هـر تجویـز، موش ها بـرای القاء درد احشـایی مورد تزریق اسـید اسـتیک 15مذکـور را بـه صـورت درون صفاقـی دریافـت نمودنـد.&nbsp; و SPSS دقیقه تعیین گشـت. داده هـا با اسـتفاده از نرم افزار آمـاری 30 ) قـرار گرفتـه و اثـرات ضـد دردی بـا شـمارش تعـداد رایت هـا طی 10 ml/kg( مـورد تجزیه و تحلیل واقع شـدند.P >0/001 در سـطح معنـی داری Tukey آنالیـز واریانـس یک طرفـه و تسـت تکمیلی&nbsp;&nbsp; ) ســبب کاهــش معنــی دار درد در مقایســه بــا گــروه 150 mg/kg) و آویشــن(150 mg/kg یافته هــا: تجویــز توامــان عصاره هــای هیدروالکلــی بابونــه( ) بــه صــورت مجــزا کاهــش معنــی دار درد را در مقایســه 300 mg/kg) و بابونــه (300 mg/kg ). امــا عصاره هــای آویشــن( P>0/001کنتــرل منفــی شــد( .)P<0/001بــا گــروه کنترل منفــی نمایــان نســاختند( نتیجه گیــری: تجویــز توامــان گیاهــان آویشــن و بابونــه دارای اثــر سینرژیســمی در زمینــه تســکین درد احشــایی نســبت بــه تجویــز مســتقل هــر یــک از ایــن دو گیــاه بــوده ولــی بایســتی اثــر ضــد دردی ترکیبــات مذکــور طــی کارآزمایــی بالینــی مــورد مطالعــه قــرار گیــرد. &nbsp;Aims and Background: Based&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;on&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;existing&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;scientific&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;information,&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Thymus&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;vulgaris&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;and&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Matricaria&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;chamomilla&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;are&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;two&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;kinds&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;of&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;herbs&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;with&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;some&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;anti-inflammatory&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;effects.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;There&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;are&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;some&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;serious&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;side&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;effects&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;such&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;as&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;psychological dependence or blood dyscrasia subsequent to using synthetic drugs in order to treat unpleasant feeling&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;due&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;to&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Visceral&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;pain.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;In&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;order&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;to&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;lessen&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;the&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;side&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;effects,&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;administration&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;of&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;herbal&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;medicines&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;could&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;be&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;helpful.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;The purpose of this study is evaluating the palliative effects of hydroalcholic extracts of Thymus vulgarisand Matricaria chamomilla&nbsp; and their Synergistic effects on visceral pain. Materials and Methods: This experimental study was performed on 40 N-MRI male mice (36&plusmn;4g) who were randomly&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;divided&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;into&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;five&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;groups:&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;the&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Negative&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Control&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;group&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;treated&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;with&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;normal&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;saline,&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Positive&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Control&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;group&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;treated&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;with&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Flunixin&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;meglumine(2&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;mg/kg)&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;and&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;the&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;groups&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;of&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Thymus&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;vulgaris&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;therapy(300mg/kg),&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Matricaria chamomilla therapy (300mg/kg) and the last one&nbsp; that received both Thymus and Matricaria (total 300mg/kg).These groups received drugs and hydroalcholic extracts with intraperitonial injection. The Mice were injected with acetic acid 0.6% (10ml/kg) to make visceral pain; 15 minutes after each intraperitonial administration, the palliative effects were recorded by counting the number of writhing in 30 minutes. The data&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;was&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;analyzed&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;by&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;SPSS&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;statistical&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;software&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;and&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;One-Way&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;ANOVA&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;(Tukey)&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;test.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;The&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;significant&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;value&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;was&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;shown with (p <0.001). Findings: Co-administration&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;of&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Thymus&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;vulgaris&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;(150&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;mg/kg)&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;and&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Matricaria&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;chamomilla&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;(150&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;mg/kg)&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;showed&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;a&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;significant&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;reduction&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;of&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;pain&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;compared&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;to&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;negative&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;control&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;group(p<0.001).&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;But&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;administration&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;of&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Thymus&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;vulgaris&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;(300&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;mg/kg)&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;and&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Matricaria&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;chamomilla(300&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;mg/kg)&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;seperately,&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;do&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;not&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;induce&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;any&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;significant&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;response&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;compared to negative control group(p>0.001).
