fa انجام بیهوشی عمومی در شیرخوار 8 ماهه با توده وسیع ناحیه قدام گردن بیهوشی اطفال Pediatrics Anesthesia پژوهشي Original <p align="right"> <strong> اهداف و زمینه </strong>: هیگروم ­ کیستیک یک ناهنجاری مادرزادی سیستم لنفاوی می ­ باشد که در آن انسداد در مسیر لنفاوی و وریدی سبب تجمع مایع لنفاوی در ساک لنفاوی ژوگولر می گردد. </p><p align="right"> <strong> معرفی بیمار </strong>: شیرخوار 8 ماهه با هیگروم ­ کیستیک وسیع ناحیه گردن که اقدامات دارویی و تزریق داخل توده در درمان آن موثر واقع نشده و کاندید برداشتن توده به روش جراحی شده­بود. به روش بیدار لارنگوسکوپی مستقیم انجام شد و پس از اینکه اطمینان حاصل شد دیدن اپی­گلوت و مدخل تراشه بیمار جهت اینتوباسیون قابل قبول می­باشد تصمیم به القاء بیهوشی به روش استنشاقی با سوفلوران گرفته­شد. پس از پایان جراحی و بیدار شدن کامل بیمار اکستوباسیون صورت گرفت و بیمار با حال­عمومی خوب به بخش مراقبت­های ویژه منتقل گشت. </p> <p><strong>Aim and Background: </strong>Cystic hygroma is a congenital malformation of the lymphatic system in which obstruction between the lymphatic and venous pathway in fetal neck leads to lymph accumulation in the jugular sac of nuchal region. </p><p><strong>Case report: </strong>A 8- years- old infant with a huge anterior cervical mass is presented. He became candidate for tumor excision under general anesthesia as the mass did not regress after pharmacologic management and intra- tumoral injection. The patient was first examined under direct laryngoscopy, being awake then inhalational induction with Sevoflurane was used.
