Background and Objective: Reflexology one of the new therapeutic methods of musculoskeletal disorders especially low back pain comes into account. For achieve the conclusive results in this field and also follow up of pain and functional disability after intervention Purpose of this study was to examine The Effect of Four Months follow up Following six weeks Reflexology foot on pain and disability in male subjects with non-specific chronic LBP. Materials and Methods: This experimental study, 24 with non-specific chronic low back pain underwent a six week were divided under treatment Reflexology foot by the sports therapist. The amount of pain and functional disability were respectively measured using visual analogue scale (VAS) and Oswestry disability index (ODI) questionnaire both before, after and Four months after the intervention. Data were analyzed using independent T Statistical significance was set at p≤0.05. Results: Our finding showed that Immediately after six-week Reflexology foot, the amount of pain and functional disability in participants with non-specific chronic low back pain (p=0.001). Also, according to the results obtained from Four-month follow-up did not indicate any significant in pain and functional disability in patients compared to pretest improvement (p>0.05). Conclusion: Based on current results, the researcher's Reflexology foot could have effects Temporary and Short-term in rehabilitation of subjects with chronic low back pain. So that after four months follow up Was observed symptoms of pain and functional disability in patients.
